How often should I get a check-up?
Our practice believes in the benefits of regular preventive dental care and encourages all of our patients to return for periodic check-ups. The time between appointments is based upon each individual patient’s needs. Your dental health is our priority and is best achieved by good home care and regular dental maintenance including brushing and flossing.
We will be sending you a reminder with a date and time of your next check-up. Please contact us promptly if this reserved time needs to be changed. At the time of your next dental visit, please advise us of any change in your health, medications, contact information, employment or insurance coverage.
Do I need an appointment?
We see all patients on an appointment basis, and request that you call in advance so that we can reserve a time for you. We make every effort to honor all time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to us.
If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. We ask that you give us 24-hour notice.
What if I have a dental emergency?
We recognize that emergency situations arise, and we will do our best to respond to your problem promptly. If you do have such an emergency, please call us as early in the day as possible. If the problem arises when the office is closed, please call Dr. Matt Nehl on the emergency contact line: (605) 210-2621.
